The welfare of every child is the prime objective of all employees of the nursery. We aim for our pastoral care to be second to none. Given that, for every child, happiness is fundamental to their development, ensure that enough staff members are present throughout the day to help children with individual problems. Regular meetings are held with staffs to discuss children’s progress and welfare specifically.

We are very aware children often gets bumps and bruises – this happens at nursery and also at home. If your child has a bump/bruise or other wounds when arriving at the nursery, we would appreciate parents and carers inform us during drop off. Bumps and bruises noticed on a child without being pre-informed will be recorded and if deemed appropriate reported to outside agencies. We will follow our safeguarding policy strictly when implementing this. A copy of this policy is available to read on the policy and procedure section of this website.
